Terms of Service

These terms apply to every design project between Handspro Inc. ("Handspro", "we") and the client named in the accepted quote ("you"). By accepting a quote, you agree to these terms. If a quote says something different, the quote wins.

1. Who we are. Handspro Inc., 2-6-8 Nakajima-cho, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya 453-0022, Japan. Contact: global@handspro.jp.

2. What we do. We design 3D illusion artwork and deliver it as digital files: print-ready artwork, panel tiling, an installation guide and a photo-spot marker file, as listed in the quote. Printing, materials, shipping, installation and on-site attendance are not included unless the quote says so.

3. Quotes. Quotes are in US dollars and valid for 30 days. A project starts when you accept the quote in writing (email is fine) and we receive the deposit.

4. Process and revisions. We deliver two rough concepts, then refine the one you choose. The number of revision rounds is stated in the quote. Additional rounds, or a change of direction after you approve a concept, are quoted separately before we do the work.

5. Payment. 50% of the fee is due before we start; the remaining 50% is due before we release the final files. Invoices are payable by card or bank transfer as stated on the invoice. You pay any bank or transfer fees on your side. If an invoice is unpaid, we may pause work.

6. Your responsibilities. You provide accurate dimensions, photos of the space and the intended camera position, and reply to our questions in good time. You confirm that you have the rights to any logos, characters, photos or other material you send us. You are responsible for choosing print materials, for meeting local fire, slip-resistance, building and safety rules, and for installation and maintenance.

7. Delivery. We deliver final files through a download link. Delivery is complete when we send the link. Please download and keep your own copy; we keep project files so we can handle re-orders, but we do not guarantee long-term storage.

8. License. When you have paid in full, you receive a non-exclusive license to print and display the artwork for one installation at the location stated in the quote, for as long as that installation stands. You may re-print it for the same location without changes at no extra charge. A different location, size or format is a new project. You may photograph the installation and share those photos freely, including on social media and in your own marketing.

9. Ownership and portfolio. Handspro keeps the copyright in the artwork and design files, except for material you supplied. We may show the finished work and photos of it in our portfolio and proposals, unless you ask us in writing not to.

10. Cancellation. If you cancel before we deliver the rough concepts, we keep the deposit. If you cancel later, you pay for the work done up to that point, and at least the deposit.

11. Warranty. We will deliver files that match the approved concept and the dimensions you gave us. If a file does not, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it at no charge.

12. Limits of liability. We are not responsible for print quality, materials, installation, durability, or the safety of the installed piece, or for problems caused by inaccurate information you gave us. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid for it. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

13. Confidentiality. We keep your project information confidential and use it only to deliver the project.

14. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Nagoya, Japan. We communicate in English or Japanese; if a translation differs, the English version of these terms applies.

15. Changes. We may update these terms. The version in force when you accept a quote applies to that project.
