Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Handspro Inc. ("Handspro", "we") handles personal information collected through handspro-global.com and in the course of our projects.

What we collect. The details you enter in our contact form (name, company, email, country, project details and anything else you write); the emails, files and photos you send us; billing details needed to invoice you; and basic, anonymous information about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type).

Why we use it. To reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes, deliver and invoice projects, keep business records, and improve the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers. We use trusted providers to run the site and our business. They process your information on our behalf and only for these purposes:

  • Squarespace (website hosting and contact form)

  • Google Workspace (email and file storage)

  • Sakura Internet (email server, Japan)

  • Stripe (payment processing) — card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them

  • Google Analytics (anonymous site statistics)

Some of these providers store data outside your country, including in Japan and the United States.

Cookies. The site uses cookies that Squarespace needs to work, and analytics cookies to count visits. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

How long we keep it. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above — to answer your inquiry, deliver your project and handle re-orders — or for as long as the law requires us to keep business and accounting records. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

Your choices. You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it, by emailing global@handspro.jp. We will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with its own data-protection law, you also have the rights that law gives you, including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Security. We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and access controls. No method is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
