About Handspro

A Nagoya design studio that has specialized in 3D illusion art since 2014.

Handspro Inc. designs trick art, photo spots and event content for commercial facilities, railway companies, sports parks, clinics and exhibitions across Japan. 3D illusion art — anamorphic floor and wall pieces that appear three-dimensional from one camera point — is the format we have refined the longest, with 200+ installations.

The illusion technique itself is centuries old. We have spent twelve years applying it to commercial photo spots — printed pieces placed where people stop and take a photo — and making them work in real spaces: narrow corridors, busy entrances, outdoor floors, temporary booths.

Why we deliver files, not installations

Printing and installing is local work; designing the illusion is not. By delivering print-ready files and a guide, we can work with clients anywhere, and you work with printers and installers you already trust. Nothing ships internationally.

Why we work in writing

Our team reads and writes English well; real-time conversation is not our strength. So we run projects through email, annotated PDFs and shared files. It turns out clients like it: every decision is on record, and the time difference stops mattering.
