How booths work in Japan
Most shows offer a package booth with walls, carpet, a name board, and lighting — or raw space, where you build your own booth.
Booth sizes vary
Organizers sell space in units of about 8–18 m². Many shows use a unit of about 9 m² (3 m × 3 m); RX Japan shows use 16.2 m² (6 m × 2.7 m). Check each show's exhibitor manual.
Package or raw space
Many international shows have national pavilions run by trade agencies. They are a common way for first-time exhibitors to join.
Book early
Plan 9–12 months ahead. Some popular shows sell out a year in advance.
