How a project runs

We work in writing, in US dollars, on Japan time. Here is exactly what happens.

1. You send the brief (Day 0)

Use the contact form. We need: wall/floor/both, dimensions, a photo of the space, your install date, and what the space is for. If you have a floor plan or panel spec, attach it to your reply when we write back.

2. We confirm and quote (Day 1–2)

We reply within one business day with questions, if any, and a fixed-price quote as a PDF: scope, deliverables, what is excluded, timeline, number of revision rounds, price, payment terms.

3. You approve and pay the deposit (Day 2–5)

Accept the quote by email and pay 50%. We start the day the deposit arrives.

4. Two rough concepts (Day 7)

You receive two directions as annotated PDFs, with the camera point marked. Pick one, or combine.

5. Refinement (Day 7–21)

Up to 3 rounds of changes on the chosen concept. Major changes of direction after this point are quoted separately.

6. Final files (Day 21–28)

After the balance is paid, we release the full-resolution files, tiling layout and installation guide via a shared link.

7. Print-proof check (optional)

Before the full print run, your printer makes a small test print. You photograph it from the marked spot, and we confirm the alignment or adjust the files.

8. You print and install

Your local printer and sign installer follow the guide. Send us a photo of the result — we would love to see it, and with your permission, show it here.

Working in writing

Everything is documented: brief, quote, concepts, change requests, approvals. No detail gets lost in a call, and the time difference does not slow anything down. If a call helps, we schedule one with screen sharing and send a written summary afterwards.
